Dr. Samadhan is recently working at the position of Assistant Professor at MIT ADT University’s School of Education and Research, Loni Kalbhor, Pune. He has an experience of 14+ years in teaching profession. He has been teaching learners at Diploma, Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate level. He worked as the coordinator for the course of Diploma of School Management.

He has awarded Ph. D in the area of ‘Interactive Strategies and Achievement of Teacher Trainees’. He is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education. He worked on the positions such as; Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Visiting or Guest Faculty, Resource Person, Trainer for academic and corporate sectors, Academic Counselor, Guest Speaker, Subject Expert, Curriculum and Syllabus Designer, Paper Setter, Invigilator, Examiner, Moderator, Squad and so on. He has actively participated in many Workshops, Conferences and Seminars; where he has presented conceptual and research papers. Also he has many conceptual and research paper publications in standard Books (ISBN) and refereed Journals (ISSN) at international, national, state and local level. 

He is working as an Advisor in Authors Avenue Publication (AAP), Pune. He supports to social activities and Special Schools. He was honored by ‘State Level Teacher Award 2008’ by Maharashtra Sahitya Shikshan Sanstha, as well as honored by ‘Kalabhushan Award 2017’ by Kala Avishkar Foundation, Pune and six times ‘Best Achievement of the Year Award’ at formerly serving Abhinav Education Society, Pune. He has work experience as Radio Announcer at Akashwani Pune. He worked as Writer and Presenter for Radio Program Series at Vidhyavani Web Radio Community Centre of University of Pune on the topic of ‘Introduction of Educationists’. He worked as Voice Over Artist for series of educational documentaries under ‘Mazi Digital Shaala’ and many social documentaries, and cartoon stories for children. He worked as Lyricist and Composer. He has composed ‘Theme Song’ (College Song) which was accepted by Abhinav Education Society’s D. T. Ed. College., Pune.

He worked as an actor in documentaries and films.He has been selected as a News Reader for the Educational YouTube Channel (for Hindi Language). He has Anchored various programmes from local to international level in Marathi, Hindi and English languages which included eminent personalities such as; Honorable  Padambhushan Abhinav Bindra (Olympic Player), Mahesh Kale (Singer), Pt. Shrinivas Joshi (Classical Singer), Mohan Agashe (Actor), Renutai Gavaskar (Social Reformer), Pt. Shivananad Swani (Classical Singer), Col. Nitin Gadkari (Major General), many Educationists, Socialists and so on.
