Ms. Pushpa Atole is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Education & Research, MIT Art Design Technology University. She has total 14 years of experience in the field of Teacher Education. She has presented & published 8 papers in referred journals at various State & National Conferences.

She is the in- charge of Co-curricular Activities, Social Service, Practice Teaching, Internship & Health & Yoga departments at the undergraduate level (B.Ed).Her areas of curriculum transaction include Contemporary Indian Education-Gender & Society, Guidance & Counseling, Inclusive Education, Methods: Economics, Marathi & Hindi.

She has also undertaken the responsibility as a Board of Student Welfare Scheme of Savitribai Phule Pune University. She organizes teaching aid workshop for student teachers every year. She was also actively involved in the Evaluation process of Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has gone for audits in various schools as a member to guide & observe teachers in their teaching learning process. She has also undertaken various workshops for B.Ed common entrance test.
