Dr. Namrata Kamble is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Education & Research, & also the faculty coordinator for the PhD course, MIT Art Design Technology University. She has total 11 years of experience in the field of Education out of which 5 years of approved experience at the M. Ed level.

She has presented 20 papers, published 13 papers in referred journals at various National & International Conferences. She has guided 13 M. Ed students from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and now is the guide for PhD at MIT ADT University.

Currently 4 research scholars are pursuing their doctoral studies under her guidance. She is also involved actively in the Board of Studies & Board of Research at MIT Art Design & Technology University. She has not only attended but also organized seminars & workshops at Regional & National level. She has been a Chairman, Paper Setter, & Moderator for M. Ed paper setting & paper Evaluation at Savitribai Phule Pune University.

She has completed Orientation program, Refresher course and 5 faculty development programs at the Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has also completed orientation program organized by Center for Cultural Resources & Training, New Delhi which was for 15 days.

She has completed one Minor Research Project sponsored by BCUD Savitribai Phule Pune University & currently undergoing Major research project funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi.
